Due to the nature and size of our WebShop, we do not offer refunds.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After shipping the order, it should take no longer then 3 business days for your purchase to arrive.
Shipping will be done using bPost.
Shipping price is included in the purchase price of the selected items. Items that are not in stock, will be sent as soon as they are available. You will receive a notification when this is the case.
We offer international shipping. We will contact you to find an optimal shipping solution for international orders.
Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
